Hi Mary: I downloaded the first audio and liked it very
much. I came back and purchased the remaining two. I'm having surgery in a
couple of weeks. I will come back here and let you know how it turns out and if

My brother gave me this as a gift and I really enjoyed using it.
The check list was a good idea that you included in the guide. That one simple
thing kept me organized and helped me get ready for my surgery. I had to have
back surgery. I liked the recordings too especially the one you listen to during
surgery. I started listening to it while I was being prepped for surgery. It was
very calming. I am still recovering but am on my way back to normal.

to your recordings before, during and after I had surgery. What a great get-well
